- The Share amount can not be claim by any Student until n unless their projects get sold.
- Company will decide the final share amount for any particular sold project with in company terms and conditions.
- Students/Participants can not force us to increase the share amount or Percentage of Share.
- This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India , except for its conflicts of laws principles. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be adjudicated in Lucknow jurisdiction
