Job Description
SALES AND COLLECTION
• Sales and Collection target achievement brand wise/product wise / territory wise / Channel wise/ dealer-wise in accordance with the broad supervisory guidelines of the as per Business Plan Targets.
• Franchise schemes / consumer offers understanding and circulation to related franchise for smooth implementation
Franchise MANAGEMENT/NETWORK EXPANSION/ OTHER BUSINESS CHANNELS.
• Providing complete assistance to the Franchise within the assigned territory to ensure secondary sales movement for e.g. timely Membership Card delievery, brief of product USP, Price Structure, advertisement material supply etc.
MARKETING
• Ensuring & delivering proper product presentation, Product USP brief to Franchise with the help of service team to enhance secondary sales
MIS
• Prepare and Submit all prescribed reports (Daily Sales Report, Journey cycle , Dealers Outstanding Tracking report, Franchise-wise report, Franchise-wise, area-wise Target v/s performance, Market Intelligence report, Old recovery settlement status if any. |
