Who benefits from an internship?
Both the host organization and the intern benefit from the internship. The host organization gains an outstanding individual with the energy and drive to tackle complex problems from a new perspective. It is also a great training ground for interns to enter into the municipal infrastructure field. Interns gain a broader understanding of what they have already learnt in college, by applying their knowledge and analytical skills to “real world” problems. Internships provide graduates with an opportunity to address relevant issues through interaction with experts and specialists in a variety of fields, develop committee work skills, and acquire experience in best practice solutions and to be exposed to the infrastructure network from across the country.
How do the internships work?
When the internship starts, the intern and the directorate jointly develop a detailed work plan outlining objectives for the term. A technical advisor or a member of the directorate management team, depending on the work assigned, provides guidance on a day-to-day basis. A Technical Committee or standing committee typically approves the technical work assignments. The intern will report the progress of the task assigned on an as-needed basis, according to criteria agreed upon by both the intern and the directorate.Before the completion of the internship a written report will be requested of the intern detailing the opportunities and skills gained, describing the activities undertaken and a brief evaluation of his/her experience with the program.
What is Eligibility Criteria?
The internship is primarily intended for recent technical graduates/ post graduates or other engineering program. However, individuals that have studied in other similar areas will also be considered and are encouraged to apply. The intern should have the ability to work as a member of a project team, possess good oral skills and excellent writing ability. The ability to communicate in English and Hindi is an asset. The intern should also be able to work independently and show initiative in the tasks that they are assigned.

How will i get Benifit for my Innovative Projects?
*Suppose Maximum Bid of Your Project = 50,000 Rs. (Maximum bid may be differ from this amount) Your Share in Your Project will be :20% of 50,000 Rs = 10,000.00Rs. *Suppose Maximum No of Sold projects from xyz college = 25 and average amount is 30,000rs /project. So the total amount will be 25x30,000rs = 7,50,000rs and Share For "Education development Fund" will be :10% of 7,50,000Rs = 75,000.00Rs. *For applicants there is no hard information required (Like College Approval Certificates or any other documentation) , they can apply for internship program on their behalf only.
What i have to Pay?
Registration is Free for All .and to get a Hard Copy of Project Approval and Completion Certificate you have to pay Process fee of amount INR. 699.00 only by Demand Draft.(Including All Charges).
Local Students can collect their Certificates Directly from our Bangalore Branch after submitting a fee of Rs.550.00 at VISIS Software Pvt. Ltd.
Where i have to Send our Demand Draft?
All Your Demand Drafts ,have to send at our Bangalore Branch Office Address With in 15 Days of Registration. and also have to send a confummation mail to "eun@visissoftware.com" regarding your "DD" No and "Date" so that we can varify and activate your account . You have to send your Demand Draft by post in favour of "VISIS SOFTWARE PRIVATE LIMITED" Payable at Karnataka,Bangalore.
